It has a floral garland motif and hand made construction with black enamel accents measuring 2 7/8 inches long(including bail) and 1 1/2 inches wide. It is set with a total of (23) round brilliant cut diamonds ranging in size from approx. 2.0mm to 5.5mm in diameter.
