This diminutive 2 piece cabinet from the early 19th century is a classic example of Continental Biedermeier furniture. The glass top cabinet features 2 adjustable shelves, and it may be used separately from the bottom 3 drawer chest. The top cabinet measures 36 1/4" high, 24 1/2" long, and 14 3/4" deep. The bottom 3 drawer chest measures 32 3/4" high, 17 1/8" deep, and 24 1/2" long. This cabinet is in fine condition, and is a wonderfully practical size.

This rare Buddha shrine cabinet measures approximately 62" high by 23" wide by 24" deep and is black lacquer. The two sets of doors open to a gilt interior that includes many levels and intricate carvings. Inside this cabinet, there are many removable hanging fixtures and prayer components. This pair of Continental marble and bronze torcheres are spectacularly carved with a 6 light candleabra converted to be electric. The marble column is 65 inches high and the bronze candelabra measures 25 inches high for an overall height of 90" with the base measuring 13" wide by 13" deep. There are four swans encircling the bottom, alternating swans and fish inside crests around the middle, and intricately carved women's faces above that. This beautiful handcarved German Black Forest shelf depicts a winged angel and dates to the turn of the century. It measures 12 1/2" high by 9 1/2" wide by 5 1/2" deep. The details in the angel's features and the entire shelf are superb! The piece does have minor blemishes to the wood, as pictured. This is an unusual and beautiful Art Nouveau carving and makes a wonderful decorative item or a practical shelf as well.
